Privacy policy

Effective 2026-08-12. This policy explains what CELER Merchants collects, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you exercise your rights.

1. Who we are

CELER Merchants ("CELER Merchants", "we", "us") is an independent merchant services agent and referral partner. We are not a bank, a payment processor or an acquirer. We assess your current payment costs, obtain competing offers from the payment providers we work with, arrange account setup and equipment, and support the account afterwards.

Contact for all privacy matters, including access, correction and deletion requests:

  • Email: buy@conqueror.capital
  • Phone: 1-888-705-7896 (open 24 hours, 7 days)
  • United States principal address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 13622, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
  • Canadian office: 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, 22nd Floor, Montreal, Quebec H3B 4W8

Our designated Privacy Officer — required under Quebec's Law 25 — is Jenny, reachable at the email address above.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Contact and business details: name, business name, role, email address, telephone number, business address, industry, country and province or state.
  • Processing statements: the monthly statements you send for analysis. These may contain business banking identifiers, merchant identification numbers, transaction totals, fee schedules and volume history.
  • Application information: where you proceed to an account, the information the provider's underwriting requires — legal entity details, tax identification numbers, beneficial ownership information, government-issued identification, banking details for settlement and processing history.
  • Correspondence: emails, chat messages, form submissions, and recordings of telephone calls.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Pages viewed, time on page, referring source, entry and exit pages.
  • Approximate location derived from IP address (city or region level).
  • Device type, operating system, browser and screen size.
  • Interactions with our savings calculator and forms.
  • Advertising and analytics identifiers — only where you have accepted non-essential cookies.

2.3 Information we do not collect

  • We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers, not by us.
  • We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
  • We do not collect special-category or sensitive personal data (health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, sexual orientation) and ask that you do not send it to us.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary, only with the following categories of recipient, and never for their own independent marketing:

  • Payment providers, acquirers and processors we approach on your behalf, so they can quote and underwrite. We tell you which providers we intend to approach, and you may restrict that list.
  • Equipment and software vendors where hardware or a gateway is being provisioned for you.
  • Service providers (sub-processors) that operate our own systems. Currently: FormSubmit (website form submissions) and Google Workspace (email, documents, spreadsheets and file storage). We update this list when a sub-processor is added or replaced.
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, insurance — under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities where required by law, court order, regulator, or card-network rule.
  • An acquirer of our business, in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, subject to this policy continuing to apply.

We do not sell personal information. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA except through the advertising cookies you may accept, which you can decline or withdraw at any time.

We do not contact your existing payment provider without your written instruction.

5. International transfers

We operate in Canada and the United States, and your information may be processed in either country and by service providers located in either. Our current sub-processors are United States companies: FormSubmit relays form submissions to us by email, and Google Workspace is a United States provider that may store and process data across its global infrastructure depending on the service and the data-region settings applied to our account.

Where information is transferred out of Quebec, Law 25 requires a privacy impact assessment before the transfer; where transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism. Information held in the United States may be accessible to United States authorities under United States law, and information held in Canada may be accessible to Canadian authorities under Canadian law.

Information stored in the United States may be accessible to US authorities under US law, and information stored in Canada may be accessible to Canadian authorities under Canadian law.

6. How long we keep it

RecordRetention
Statement analyses for prospects who do not proceed24 months, or sooner on request
Client account recordsDuration of the relationship plus 7 years, as required by financial record-keeping rules
Identity and AML documentationAs required by applicable law, typically 5-7 years after the relationship ends
Call recordings12 months
Marketing contact recordsUntil consent is withdrawn, plus a suppression record kept indefinitely so we do not contact you again
Website analyticsUp to 14 months in aggregated form

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights. We do not charge for exercising them and we do not discriminate against anyone who does.

  • Access — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion — erasure, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Portability — a machine-readable copy, where applicable.
  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
  • Objection and restriction — to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, but the right stands and we honour Global Privacy Control signals.
  • Automated decisions — we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone. Underwriting decisions are made by the provider, not by us, and involve human review.
  • De-indexing (Quebec) — the right to require cessation of dissemination and de-indexing in the circumstances set out in Law 25.

To exercise any right, email buy@conqueror.capital. We respond within 30 days (Canada and the EEA/UK) or 45 days (California), and will tell you if we need an extension. We may need to verify your identity first, and will ask only for what is necessary to do so. An authorised agent may act for you with written authorisation.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, your state Attorney General, or your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies run the site and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising technologies — which may include Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok — load only after you accept them in our consent banner.

We operate Google Consent Mode v2 with all measurement and advertising storage set to denied by default. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data for this domain and reloading, and we honour browser-level Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing.

9. Marketing communications

Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation we send commercial electronic messages only with express or implied consent, always identify ourselves, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism honoured within 10 business days. Under CAN-SPAM we include a valid physical postal address and honour opt-outs promptly. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages about an account you hold.

10. Call recording

Calls to and from our team may be recorded and monitored for training, quality and compliance. You are notified at the start of the call and may ask not to be recorded. Some states and provinces require all-party consent; our notification is designed to meet that standard.

11. Security

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored documents.
  • Access limited to personnel who need it for your account, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Multi-factor authentication on internal systems.
  • Card data tokenised and held by PCI-DSS compliant providers — never by us.
  • Documented incident response, with breach notification to affected individuals and regulators where the risk threshold under PIPEDA, Law 25 or applicable state law is met.

No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at buy@conqueror.capital.

12. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we discover we have.

13. Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites, including provider portals, review platforms and mapping services. Their privacy practices are their own. The map embedded on our location pages is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.

14. Changes to this policy

We will post any change here with a new effective date. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will notify you directly and, where required, obtain fresh consent.
